Introducing two new variants of our award-winning Outlander PHEV.
To celebrate the success of the Outlander PHEV, we're proud to introduce our best equipped Outlanders yet with the 5h and 5hs.
Both the 5h and 5hs come equipped with the following features:
The 5h and 5hs variants come with premium Nappa leather seats, padded door cards and hand-brake.
The Outlander PHEV 5hs comes with a suite of sophisticated safety features.
Cameras built into the front of the vehicle detect when the vehicle drifts out of lane and a warning is issued to the driver.
Utilising radar technology, the Outlander's adaptive cruise control monitors any vehicles in front of the Outlander and adjusts the vehicle's speed accordingly, maintaining a distance from the vehicle in front which can be set by the driver. Perfect for high speed cruising and low speed traffic jams alike.
Advanced radar technology allows collision mitigation technology keeps a constant eye on the traffic ahead and warns the driver should an impact risk be detected. It will initially warn the driver of a collision risk with visual and audible signals and then apply the brakes if necessary.
Front and rear parking sensors also act as ultra-sonic sensors to detect objects in front or behind the Outlander PHEV, if an object is detected and the accelerator pedal depressed, the UMS system will restrict the amount of torque to wheels to reduce the PHEV to a crawl in order to help avoid a collision.
* All new Outlander PHEV models qualify for the Government's Plug-in Car Grant incentive scheme. Prices shown for Outlander PHEV models include the contributions made through this scheme. For full details on the Plug-in Car Grant scheme please click here.
